What I do:
I strive to create unique, stunning, long lasting original oil paintings of your favorite pet. I work from photographs. So you can send me your favorite picture or I can come and take a few snap shots myself (if you live in the Houston area). Commissions are painted on canvas boards, masonite, or wrap around canvas. Sizes are from 5"x 7" to 12" x 16". Prices vary accordingly. Every commission guarantees a quality product.
About me:
I studied at The University of Texas at Austin and Italy completing a B.A. in Studio Art and a B.F.A. in Art History. I have been expanding my education at the Glassell School of Art, experimenting with analog black and white photography. I have continued to paint for 20 years; but now focus my life long love of animals and art into painting original pet portraits. I live in Houston, Texas with my super supportive husband, John, three (all I can handle) bundles of bouncing labs and one ferocious small yellow tabby (who is the boss).
